LION UP Recovery
Collegiate Recovery Program
COVID-19 Update: LION UP Recovery is now being held through virtual platforms. All support groups and programing are being held virtually at this time. As always LION UP Collegiate Recovery coordinators are available at email@example.com.
We strongly suggest utilizing virtual and/or phone 12-step meetings. You can explore such meetings here:
* Alcoholics Anonymous https://aa-intergroup.org/oiaa/meetings/
* Narcotics Anonymous https://virtual-na.org/meetings/
* Eating Disorders Anonymous http://eatingdisordersanonymous.org/phone-zoom-meetings/
LION UP Recovery has been established to help those students who identify as being in recovery.
Collegiate recovery programs are not designed as treatment programs; they are designed to offer extended recovery support on college campuses so your student has a safe harbor and a community of like minded others to be with. Students are required to attend weekly seminars, attend at least two recovery support meetings a week, attend CRP events including monthly celebration of recovery meetings, sober tailgating etc.
