Student Worker Training
Dear Student Worker,
Welcome to Southeastern's online student worker training. We are pleased to offer you the opportunity to work at our wonderful university. You are in a very unique position, because you are an employee as well as a student at Southeastern Louisiana University.
This training has been designed to give you the tools and information you need to be successful in your employment. Every contact you make, either in person or by phone, represents Southeastern. Additionally, when you graduate into the “world of work”, the customer service skills you develop as a student worker will contribute to your overall success.
In addition to the information you find in this training, you may be given additional directions by the department for which you work. Please comply with those and ask your supervisor if any questions arise.
As part of the work study hiring process, you are required to complete this training. Once you have successfully completed the online training, you will print the confirmation page and have it signed by your supervisor.
