Executive Branch
The Executive Branch is led by the President of SGA, Lacey Johnson.
This branch is comprised of the Executive Cabinet which focuses on broad issues and initiatives such as: SGA finances, marketing, media, event planning, and engaging with students, alumni, and the community. Two of the main projects of the Executive Branch are Homecoming Week student activities and The Big Event.

2023 - 2024 SGA President Lacey Johnson Lacey is a Junior Marketing Major with a Business Administration minor. As SGA President, Lacey leads the Executive Branch and oversees all general functions of SGA.

2023 - 2024 SGA Chief of Staff Vacant The Chief of Staff oversees the day-to-day operations of the Executive Branch and acts as second-in-command to the SGA President.

Director of Financial Affairs Austin O'Brien Austin is a Graduate Student, pursuing a masters in Publishing Studies. As Director of Financial Affairs, Austin keeps detailed records and gives reports

Director of Communications and Marketing Vacant The Director of Communications and Marketing facilitate communications and marketing concerning the SGA and the Executive Branch

Director of Programming and Special Projects Vacant The Director of Programming and Special Projects develops, plans, and produces various events such as SGA Open House, SGA Tailgating, and free bus trips for Southeastern students to selected away games.

Director of Traditions Vacant The Director of Traditions is responsible for coordinating committees and plans for large-scale traditional SGA events such as Homecoming, the Winter Bonfire and The Big Event.

Director of Membership Vacant The Director of Membership is responsible for assisting the SGA new members in a mentorship role in order to ensure the sucess and excellence of SGA members.

Co-Director of Organizational Outreach Peyton Kennedy Peyton is a Senior Political Science Major. As Co-Director of Organizational Outreach, Peyton is responsible for jointly overseeing SGA's outreach with the community and organizations. peyton.kennedy@southeastern.edu
