University Housing
Southeastern's residential community is home to over 2,700 students. Residents live only a short walk or Lion Traxx ride to classroom buildings, the library, computer labs, dining locations, and the Student Union. A section of some residence halls are designated for special interest housing communities including students involved with Living Learning Communities, sororities and fraternities.

- The Academic Year 2024-2025 Housing applications are now open!
- Roommate Matching ends on May 17th for students with a completed 2024-2025 housing application.
- Summer and Greek Fall Only 2024 applications open March 1st.
- Returners who did not participate in Room Selection will be auto-allocated to avvailable room spaces.
- Resident Assistant Evaluations will be sent out via email to all current residents and will close on April 19th.
- Fais Do Do and Swap Bowl will be held on April 24th in front of the Rec.
