How to Submit Financial Aid Forms


Step 1: Identify the aid year of the document requested and access the correct form.

Step 2: Complete the form, electronically sign, & save document.

Step 3: Send saved document as a PDF.

Documents should be submitted as a PDF file. See below for detailed instructions on how to create and save a PDF file using an Apple or Android device.

How to Submit Requested Documents

Requested documents can be submitted via e-mail, in person, or mail to the Office of Financial Aid. Please note: Students should put their name and W numbers on all submitted documents.
